Located on a 6 ha block in the Felton valley of Queensland, Organic Nutrients has been producing high quality products
in a circular economy since 2011.
Our main focus is taking high quality, nutrient rich, contaminant free chicken manure from the McLean Farms poultry business and following the AS4454 composting
standards to produce high quality products.
Organic Nutrients are proud to be a part of a thriving circular
economy with McLean Farms and the wider farming community.
As our products are used by the farming community to produce
grain and food – so turning a potential waste product into a
useable valued based input for farming.
Further strengthening our commitment to a circular economy,
Organic Nutrients and McLean Farms offer a scheme where
growers that purchase our products can then get a rebate when
they sell the grain they produce off this paddock back to McLean
Farms.
One of our values is We Care and at Organic Nutrients and
McLean Farms we have been using our products on our own
farming country. As we care for the environment our products
help us achieve this by adding soil carbon and increasing soil
health.
Certified Quality Assurance systems are part of daily operations
at Organic Nutrients. We have ACO Input Certification, HACCP
accreditation and AS4454-2012 accreditation on BioMAX. This
gives farms and supply chains assurance that our products are
safe to use.
