Products are dispatched at approx. 30% moisture and screened through a 10mm screen prior to dispatch. This ensures a consistent product for ease of application. For bulk product a belt spreader is all that is required — no need for a specialised muck spreader. Our spreading contractor has a JCB / XXX unit and spreads consistently on a 9 m swath at 5t / ha. BioMAX can be applied to suit nutrient requires for the next crop or higher if soil condition needs to be quickly improved. On our farm at Pittsworth we average a yearly rate of 5 t / ha spread over our cropping land.
All our BioMAX production at 18 weeks is tested for pathogens in an independent laboratory, to ensure it’s pathogen free. Also BioMAX bulk has received AS4454 accreditation to recognise that it is safe for application in supply chains.
At Organic Nutrients we can organise freight direct to farm using a compost experienced transport operator, but we also will load on site if you have transport options. Please not as Homestead Road, where we are located is only rated for transport 19tms or less. If the transport is longer then this then a permit from NHVR will be required prior to loading.

Bulk density will vary between products. Please refer to our individual products to get an average bulk density. Please note bulk density will change depending on moisture content at time of dispatch for bulk products.
